Joyce and Don and their staff are fabulous. We have used Cats Luv Us many times over the past 1. I can't recommend them enough!! I have no idea how their cat services go, but as for their customer service, it would make me not trust them with an animal. I just called them asking about their 'pet sitting' services (you can see on their yelp page that it currently says boarding and sitting - we'll see if they take it down now), and the receptionist exclaimed that they don't pet sit; they board. And I said, ok, well, just so you know: your yelp page says you are sitters as well. Instead of saying, oh, it does?!

I'm sorry. . . but we can board your pets, etc., customer service kindness. I had another phone call come in, and again I said, I am just letting you know what yelp says. Blows my mind. . . They really care a about the cats and work hard at maintaining a clean facility. My only issue is I was gone for 2 weeks and both cats did not go into the larger roaming area. I understand one of my cats was very nervous but it was the reason I went with their pet boarding.

Rosy was so happy that the owner told us, she never seen a cat so focus on birds as Rosy! I will definately use Cat Luv Us again! Thank you so much for taking care of her while we were away! The best place for cats to stay- so clean, nice open space, playing area, attentive caring staff. Will only use this place when we are going away on long trips to ensure a happy cat and our peace of mind.

After struggling to find a solution we would be comfortable with, we finally decided to take our cat, Bacon, to Cats Luv US Boarding Hotel for the holidays. It was absolutely perfect! From the beginning, they were very accommodating and knowledgeable.

They ensured that over Bacon's stay, I was kept up- to- date on how he was doing via email (which included pictures). He seemed to love the play area (the cats get an hour of playtime daily) and bird cage that was nearby for visual entertainment.

I really appreciated even when I first called the boarding hotel to make a reservation, I could tell they had your and your cats best interest at heart; I would definitely recommend bringing your cat here, and I'm glad I found a place that I can entrust Bacon to. This was my first time ever boarding my cat and I picked this place based upon other reviews and pictures. I also went to visit it before deciding.

It is awesome. They take such good care and consideration for the cats. It's clean and homey. Plus they have birds in a cage to watch. I was very pleased and if I ever have to go away again, I will definitely board there! The facility is clean and the kitties are well cared for and get to have 2. I found Cats Luv Us on Yelp, and I'm so glad I did. I was nervous as I'd never boarded him before, but the staff was caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. Whenever I called to check in they knew exactly which cat was mine, and when I popped in to visit I always found his cage clean. They made sure he had plenty of play time, and even checked his potty habits to make sure his stress- related urinary issues weren't flaring up.

I have 2 orange tabbies and one is very afraid and it was really traumatic just getting him in the carrier. But once they were there they settled down.

I visited a couple of times unannounced and never found the place dirty, cluttered or smelly. One of my kitties refused to eat while he was there and we were called and updated about him often. The staff here know behavior of cats and what to expect and how to react when the kitties are stressed. I had every bit of confidence that these kitties were well taken care of and yes, I will use them again. I had to leave my kitty here for a couple days while I was out of town. They each get their own cage, which is larger than most shelter cages. They are cleaned often. The cats get an hour or so of playtime a day, in a room with a ton of toys and cat trees. My cat has a special diet and they were very accommodating. When I picked him up, he was the same spoiled furball I left there, so I know he was in good hands. He's never come back with any weird illness or fleas, a definite plus.

They do have you fill out a medical form to make sure your cats shots are up to date. They have different hours until March. Currently open 8 to noon and 4 to 5 Monday thru Friday. Usually I call to schedule a stay a week or so before.

I had such an amazing experience with Cats Luv Us! I had to be out of town for 8 months unexpectedly. I left my cat Brooklyn at Cats Luv Us and was so pleasantly surprised by the kindness and wonderful care by the staff here.

Kelly is the daily caregiver for the cats and she was so sweet. She provided me routine emails, pics, reassurance and phone calls whenever I asked. When I went to pick up Brooklyn, she looked healthy and happy and easily readjusted back home. After I picked her up, the owner Joyce left me a sweet message asking how Brooklyn was doing and offering support. I was really touched and so grateful for the great care Brooklyn received.
